Although the photographer and exact date are unknown, this photo of President Jimmy Carter and Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan was given to Steve Desmond. The men are somewhere in Buffalo during Carter's lone term.

Although he hosted a rally a few months before he was elected (see photo at left), Donald Trump has not visited Buffalo since he became President.
But on June 7, 1992, he and then-girlfriend (and later, second wife) Marla Maples were at Pilot Field as part of the Jim Kelly Celebrity Shootout, a charity softball game on the eve of the quarterback’s annual golf tournament.
A who’s who of sports celebrities participated in the game, including Troy Aikman, Chris Collinsworth, Randall Cunningham, John Elway, Roman Gabriel, Jeff George, Neil Lomax, John Kidd, Don Majkowski, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Joe Namath, Walter Payton, and Steve Walsh. Paul Maguire served as emcee, and Cheektowaga native Chelsea Noble and her husband Kirk Cameron were in attendance as well.
According to The Buffalo News, other Bills who participated were Howard Ballard, Don Beebe, Shane Conlan, Hal Garner, Gale Gilbert, Kent Hull, Keith McKellar, Pete Metzelaars, Frank Reich, Darryl Talley and Steve Tasker.
